In many situations there is a real operational efficiency to tying the use of parts to maintenance routines.
I'mOnIt! allows you to create and maintain a master roster of parts, their quantities and costs. Part quantities are automatically increased and decreased based on Job activity. You can also manually parts usage and quantities.
Parts usage due to Job activity can be exported in Excel format. The data can be import into the “Legacy” system.
Additionally, the system can produce an export of the complete parts roster for the “Legacy” system or accept an import file from the “Legacy” system to update and augment the parts roster.
